Valarie was a life saver when trying to help me book my covid test appointments when the website was having issues. I took a while to upload the documents and get everything sorted, but I felt like Valarie went above and beyond in their assistance and exhibition of patience and quality customer service. UPDATE: Heidi from support called me back and helped me fix the birth date glitch. She was great, and said I could call or text her if I don't get the new, corrected forms by this evening. I'm updating my rating to 4 stars in light of her great, vacation-saving customer service. Original post: What a nightmare!! First, it seems to make no difference if you have an appointment or not. You just pull into the line and wait your turn. They were averaging one car every 7 minutes, which meant that it took an hour for us to actually get to the test. Then, when the results were in, I couldn't access mine (invalid birth date?? It hasn't changed in the last 35 years), and there is NO way to get help. I've called repeatedly and you can't even wait on hold-'all operators are busy, try again later. Click'. I used their web chat (which they push as faster service) and the reply said they'd get back to me in 24 hours?!?! If I miss my trip, I will be incredibly upset (wait, I already am). If you need to get tested for travel, I would highly recommend looking into other choices.

I recommend this location, specially if you want to travel, it takes 12 hrs to get the result. I went twice then I advised my friends to try it, same feedback accurate, on time, and nice people Thanks, stay safe

Amazing, dedicated, friendly-professional staff. We were covid tested at an outdoor unit, in the hottest days of June and had a wonderful experience. Thank you CityHealth.

Wife and needed Covid tests to go to Hawaii. Appointments were easy to get, getting the test was orderly and orderly, and my results arrived in about 30 hours. For some reason, my wife’s did not. However, at the testing site we were told if there were any problems to come back and they would resolve it or perform another test with a 3 hour turn around. We returned the day before our flight was to leave and saw a very helpful woman named Noemi. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and kind. She checked on my wife’s results and they were negative. She also made a copy for us and sent my wife an another email containing a PDF file of the results. We are good to go! THANK YOU NOEMI. Also, the woman who administered the original test was very kind and friendly. PS: I still think it is BS travelers have to jump through all these hoops for Travel Hawaii.com but City Health is a good company to use if we have to comply to travel.
