My flight was delayed and when I got to the center they did not have the vehicle for my reservation. Fred was assisting at the time. He offer to give me a car for the night and to get me in the mini Van the next day when the rest of my family was arriving for our trip. That service really help me out because I didn't have any other way to get the mini Van. The customer service was awesome and excellent. Thank you Fred and Budget.
I reserved a car and had to call them to make arrangements because I was probably going to be there a few minutes after they closed. They said that they sent a request to their team and to just check back within 48 hours to see the approval but that all should be fine. They simply deleted my reservation without telling me anything and when I called to check, I simply didn't exist. I will never rent them nor will my family. That is a very poor service to give a person.
Convenient and price was reasonable. The guy who was at the lot when we returned the car was friendly, funny and helpful. The whole experience was smooth and easy. Thanks again. We will be renting our car from budget when all possible.
Check in was great! Guy was very friendly and helpful! Nice clean car too! Remember to have a credit card and not just a "Debit" Card. They don't except Debits without a credit check. Mine is frozen and luckily I had another credit card or I would have to call someone with one (LOL) But overall I like the system they have at the Sacramento, Ca Airport and Budget does an Awesome Job!
Our van was wonderful! The automobile and return was flawless. The pick up hit a bump. Once we checked in and completed the process with Tony (who was super) we had to wait 30 minutes for the van. Not sure why but that was slightly inconvenient.
