    Easy ride on shuttle bus to car rental location. Was able to quickly get our vehicle. First vehicle had heavy perfume smell to mask someone who had smoked in the car. The person at the desk immediately got a another, newer vehicle that was great.

    Great customer service, The guy that helped me was very patient with me. It was my first time needing to rent car. Im gonna find a reason to rent crom them again. Also the car was.in excellent condition

    We waited in line for 3 hours because this rental company is perpetually understaffed. Their employee told us they always have at least 2 hour wait, the low staffing is intentional to keep prices down. We will NEVER use Payless again. We lost half a day of our short trip. Others in line were not able to make it to their business meetings.

    They gave me a subcompact sport utility vehicle(Hyundai Kona) when I was expecting a mid size car. It had the picture of the Toyota Corolla which the only reason I decided to rent this. The car was way too cramped and they wanted me to wait for another car to show up. Complete inconvenience. Please save your time and money and so the research.
