This is a small but reliable company. The price is good, which includes good insurance and tax. No any hidden fees. It sucks that Iceland collects high tax. Very fast response to questions. The person was waiting for me when I arrived. The 4x4 car I rented is excellent. Quick return.
The staff here is amazing. We rented with a different company, but when we showed up to return the car, nobody was there. The gentleman at Star was generous enough to take us to the airport instead. That's outstanding service in my mind.
Had a great experience with car star rental! Services was exceptional! I rented a camper van for a few weeks, they gave me all sorts of extra gear to make sure I was prepared for my trip. I had to switch my travel dates, they were very accommodating! My only concern was trying to find them at the airport. I arrived early, I couldn’t find their company. I gave a call to them and 5 minutes later they had someone greet me and drive me to their rental shop. Very happy with car star rentals! Highly recommend this company!
Fantastic experience. Serious and reliable agency. We rented a Suzuki Vitara 4x4. The car was new and spotless. We opted for full insurance to have more guarantees. The experience with Star Car was excellent. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Included is the accompanying service at the airport. Extremely positive feedback
Really good service. Everything was ready when we got there so we could start our adventure right away without delay. The personnel was very friendly and easy going. It was hard to find which company was best online and I don’t regret this choice at all. Would definitely go here again. One of the best priced campervans in Iceland (which are all almost exactly the same from all the other companies) and great service.
