Poor customer service. Slow shuttle don't plan on leaving the airport quickly after your flight, prepare to wait a hour. Keep the yellow carbon copy of your receipt or they will try to charge you for every ding and dent, regardless if they are old. Better to rent a car that is actually at the terminal. Highly recommend avoiding this company.
Great experience with this rental cars I love their Wi-Fi spot that came with the extents insurance
I got somewhat of a rolling eyes service, may be due somewhat of cultural clash but overall is ok. I rented a small vehicle for a good price and with shuttle service to the airport. The airport van sets up in the small parking lot to the left of the walkway awnings by the exit. You need to look for the van. Take pics of your car before you leave, they do tend to have a lot of dents and scratches.
pick up the car, smooth have some problem with car, was changed, smooth they pick us up at the airport, have a video of the car with phone at the end, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, I read the reviews they say the contrary but in our experience we have no bad comments we sailed with them nice and smooth. I definitely go rent a car from them, AGAIN
Also had a flawless experience with them. If you look at all the 1 star reviews, you will see that people who can't drive trying to put blames on the company for not forgiving their dents, scratches and marks. I know that Iceland has lots of rough roads - so avoid those if you can't drive. #1 rule of renting a car. Always start with a full video walk through of the car. If there's a dent that isn't in the video, it's your fault. Own up to it.
