Arrived at 6 am for an 8:30 am flight. Place never opened the whole time we sat in terminal B!
Prices posted on the wall "are from before covid and not longer valid" but actual prices aren't posted anywhere!
If I could give just zero, I would. It's Fri morning -- meaning weekend started. And then there is only 2 people working and line of 20 people. I mean come on, we all know people want coffee in the morning and we can't take it through the security line. Please provide a better service, especially in the mornings, because you will make people's day just a little bit better.
The lady working the register is very friendly and nice, shaking people's hands asking about their day, honestly a very genuine and nice person its refreshing to see that in an airport where everyone is rushing, tired and generally not the friendliest. On the other hand the lineup was huge and it took a very long time to get a pretty average coffee, if there was another coffee stand on the secure side I probably would have gone there instead.
One of the worst experiences ever! My daughter and I just flew back in to Sacramento and needed some coffee. This was about 10:30 on a Sunday morning. I received my small vanilla latte but then waited until every other customer had received their drinks and left. We were the only customers left and the girl (named Hail) asked us if we were waiting for a drink. I said yes and that it should have been received about the time I got my latte. Instead of apologizing and saying that she would get right on it she said, “Ok, give me a minute,” as if she was doing us a favor! Then she proceeded to have a conversation with another girl. Customer service did not seem to be a priority with her. My daughter finally got her small caramel macchiato and there was no apology for the wait. The girl was very snarky. My daughter’s macchiato was terrible—mostly foam. The difference in weight between my latte and her drink was remarkable! I wanted to go back and have Hail or perhaps another girl redo the drink, but my daughter reminded me of the time and that we had to catch a ride that was waiting for us. I did tell them this was terrible and we would not be coming back. I recommend waiting in the Starbucks line at the other end of the terminal. You will be happier with your drink. Stay away from Peet’s.
