    I bought a mattress from Forty Winks Caringbah which later needed repairs under warranty. When I was dealing directly with the manufacturer they refused to make the repair and Forty Winks intervened on my behalf. Their intervention resulted in the matter being resolved and the repair completed. Forty Winks Caringbah even followed up to make sure the manufacturer had followed through and repaired the mattress as promised. I really appreciate them going to bat for me. Thanks guys!

    No service and very rude! Blonde lady demanded we sign in weeks ago when not compulsory and didn’t help me find a bed. I tried twice and walked around ages but no help provided at all. Ended up paying hundreds more at shop above as service was A+++ over this store

    Second time we have bought a mattress from Forty Winks Caringbah and it was another great experience! We were looking for a Trundle mattress and initially we wanted to buy the same mattress as our first daughter but it would have been too high to fit under. Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable to find an alternative at 21cm high. Secured a great deal and kids are very happy with their beds. Thank you!     Brooke provided high quality customer service. She seemed to care about ensuring I had the best quality product that suited my needs and budget. Very very happy with the service. Definitely reccomend going into forty winks to try a bed match to get your perfect fit. Be sure to ask for brooke if she is there. Really felt she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

    my experience with sales lady Tracy was exceptional, she discussed my back problems what my requirements were, took me to about 6 different beds for me to try, then discussed my base requirements and I learnt that I could have drawers in my base WOW what a space saver that was, THANK YOU TRACY for an exceptional job, I'm excited and waiting now for my delivery.
