    Decent selection of furniture for the home/office. I've always found the Furniture from here is built to last, and the only reason to buy replacement furniture is that your taste or lifestyle has changed. The staff here are knowledgeable on the products on offer, and very friendly. Can't really go wrong here.

    Purchased a "Tilda Buffet" 25/6/21 at Freedom, Caringbah store , priced $849.00. We bought the buffet and was charged over $80.00 for delivery, unpack and assemble despite advertising "FREE DELIVERY ON PURCHASES OVER $50.00" on the web. After delivery WE unpacked and assembled it. Emailed Freedom more than once and received absolutely no reply. This is not good business especially at these tough "Covid times" for stores and leaves a sour taste about Freedom Furniture. Thinking of referral to "NSW Fair Trading "5/7/21".

    My mother in law bought a laundry basket from another Freedom store but after assembly noticed it was faulty. Unfortunately my mother inlaw lost the receipt.Went to our local Taren Point store to swap it but they refused even though this laundry basket is only sold through Freedom and is their own product. Maybe a little flexibility by the manager would have made a much more positive customer experience.

    4 months and stil waiting for the item to be posted, I wont buy from Freedom online again.

    I went in here to buy a couch and waited with my son sitting on the couch for ages, eventually left because couldn't get service went to Freedom Moore park got the couch and a few other tables and things in 5mins. Doubt I'll go back
