    We visited the store as we had an (out of warranty)issue with a bed that we had bought 2yrs ago. William and the lady on the phone from the warehouse were excellent. Extremely professional, friendly and efficient. We got the spare part for the bed delivered quickly without any issues. We truly felt like valued customers. Highly recommend this outstanding team.

    Picked out a bed specifically that had a single trundle/drawer on its discussed in detail if this was in fact a trundle or just storage, and when confirmed it could be either we decided to buy the bed. On building the bed we found out that the trundle was not included, and was an extra $300. Really disappointed because it’s too hard to return something we aren’t happy with, and too expensive to get what we actually thought we were buying. Should have gone to ikea.
