    Always fantastic! I purchase all my goods here. Staff are extremely helpful and polite offer excellent information. Easy process and assist in selections. What are your needs etc., Sometimes procrastination kicks in that's when you absolutely need the staff help a great deal. A wide selection of goods whether it's modern or classic and other. Huge choice taking time is important.

    Harvey Norman Online Disaster! Purchased a coffee machine(online) click&collect so I supposed to collect it an hour…. Called multiple times to get an answer saying sorry money is not cleared yet sorry for the delay bla bla… they said your item will be ready to pick up in an hour anyway after an hour they couldn’t find my name on the computer… too many excuses and offered me to pay AGAIN $679 to get the new machine now then try to get refund from online!!! Instead of making a solution they wanted me to pay again! Very amateur business and poor service. Now I am trying to get my refund online but there is no one to speak as a person… you message them, they ll get back to you next year… Harvey Norman Online Disaster.
