    Great customer service. We purchased a white entertainment unit, which was promptly delivered in an undamaged box. On opening it had major damage - it looked like it had been dropped at some point. It was hard to imagine how that could happen without damaging the box and thus throwing possible cause onto us. But Sam and Casandra never went down that path and courteously and efficiently arranged a replacement unit that arrived 3 days later. That one was perfect. Recommended for peace of mind shopping.
