    This review is in regards to Sarah De Monte, Assistant Service Manager at Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley, CA. I have been coming to this service department for 7 years since 2013 and have dealt with several different service advisors. My car service and treatment for the most part has been good with some minor issues here or there. I have to say my experience with Sarah is by far the best I have had at Moss Bros. and honestly anywhere I have been, ever. She is the real deal. Honesty and integrity is really important to me especially when it comes to car maintenance and repairs. Sarah knows what she is talking about, has great experience and explains repairs in detail and extremely well. She has awesome work ethic and makes me feel comfortable with the whole experience. She genuinely cares about your car and safety and makes me trust the service I am getting from Moss Bros, which is so important in customer retention. I have been thinking of changing where I go to get my car serviced since I live far - but as long as Sarah De Monte is there, I will continue to support Moss Bros Moreno Valley Service. Keep up the awesome work Sarah!

    I have come here for the last 3 1/2 years to have my 96 t100 worked on. The service has always been exceptional, the wait time is usually not bad, and the facility is really clean. Specifically Lauren at the service desk is the nicest and most pleasant person who has worked with me so far as well.

    I didn't have a good experience yesterday 6-16-2021. I had an appointment and drop off my car at 9am. I got a courtesy ride. I was called around 3:35 pm to let me know that my car was ready. When I picked up my car, has no plastic seat cover or paper mats, no sticker of service, and the service light came on today 6-17 although the invoice says it was reseted. Now I wonder if in fact my car serviced or not. I sent an email today and haven't got any answer yet. Let's see what happens tomorrow.
