    I just wanted to share how amazing the Dr and the staff/assistants are. I have some pretty bad/embarrassing work i need done and all of them made me feel welcome and comfortable. But I would especially like to point out Leticia, she is absolutely amazing. So kind and worked with me on understanding what my best options are. I highly recommend coming to this location for all of your dental needs. Seriously such an amazing environment.

    I never feel at ease going to the dentist. I had a filling that fell out and needed to be replaced ASAP. Bright Now Dental took me in the next day and took care of all my dental needs that I had neglected. I was very comfortable with the dentist and actually look forward to my next visit here .

    Horrible! My son had an appointment at 2 which would of been the first appointment after lunch. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be. She want to the back to ask, she came back and said it would be a few minutes more, that the doctor went to lunch late. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I left. A total of 40 minutes passed the appointment time. I know if I showed up late they would cancel my appointment. Time is valuable! Don't waste mine. I am never going back, you shouldn't either.

    They messed up my original xrays, causing them to drill the wrong tooth, in turn making them give me more shots to attempt numbing me (around like 8 shots). The numbing did not work because they were drilling the wrong tooth. (The one that needed a root canal, not a fill). Went back for them to drill different teeth, while filling in the one for my root canal because they drilled that one when they shouldn't have in the 1st place. Not only that, I had one of my back teeth break in a Cresent moon shape eating a SOFT cookie, AFTER I came here. My bite is all wrong and my teeth that were gorgeous are now SHORT and look like baby teeth. They refused to make my teeth longer after they made them incredibly short. This place is misery. I would have been better off if I never went here. Came back and one of the receptionist had horrible attitude towards me and tried to get me to take down my review. Regardless of someone's review, you should still be professional and hospitable.
