    I absolutely value the talented Ernie Guzman Service Director. He is very literate and well spoken in technical and mechanical aspects of how Volkswagen's are engineered. Ernie’s acuity to be a problem solver is uncanny concerning the insight he exhibits daily for Volkswagen's clientele. I have sincere respect and admiration for what Ernie and Volkswagen have accomplished since Ernie’s has arrival his staff with Francisco Pulido have been very welcoming and insightful to help us. Yvette has been extremely thoughtful as well. I will definitely buy my next car from Moss Brothers Volkswagen of Moreno Valley. Furthermore, I will tell all my friends, family and loved ones of Glenn Moss and Moss Brothers of Moreno Valley because of how I was valued by Ernie Guzman and his incredible staff!     The service department is amazing particularly Francisco!!! He’s an expert in his field and knows what he’s talking about with no hesitation. If I want to know what’s wrong with my car, or even just have it taken care of in general, he’s the guy to go to. He also has a great personality and amazing customer service skills. I want to thank him for taking care of my fiancé and I during our experience. That’s the kind of employee we would like to see running a service department. Also thank you to AK and Joseph for getting us into our new car. You guys worked hard to provide a great experience for us.

    Best car buying experience I have had. Did a lot thru email and text and when I got to the dealership everyone was friendly. Our salesperson was Ahmed or AK as everyone was calling him was awesome. Took us out in several different models so we could truly figure out what features and vehicle we really wanted. If your looking to buy a vehicle Moss Brothers in Moreno Valley is the place to go.

    Ahmed or AK was an incredible man who made purchasing my first VW such a fun experience. From test drive, to signing the lines!! I am so so very happy with my new VW and happy we met! This place is outstanding! The people are amazing!

    Spent hours trying to buy a car, ended up walking. Apparently my definition of out the door and the sales team's is different. That, and I specifically stated I didn't want an option that "we put in all the vehicles", but when I was about to sign the papers, it was in there anyways. Maybe that's why the car i was interested in was quoted to me at almost 5000 higher than the price listed. Also, if I'm purchasing it without requesting financing through you, why would you run my credit and tell me what my monthly payments would be?
