She is still smiling🙂 Phyllis is very professional, kind and patient.. there are so many House of Beauties but this one is located on Moreno Beach Drive in Moreno Valley.     I got my brows done here 3 weeks ago and only 3 days ago did I notice my brow hair already start growing. That's never happened before! I really like this place and plan to go again when my brows need some help again. The person who did my brows was a very sweet lady and she did an excellent job on my brows.
