    I had a great experience here this morning! I wont lie, the line was long even at 830 am but it moved swiftly. The staff was very pleasant. The young man directing traffic, Solo, was very sweet and already knew what I was there for before I said it and was moving the line quickly. My service advisor was Sarah De Monte. From the time she appeared next to my window she was awesome! She was so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how she told me my cost upfront and the timing was exact. I will definitely recommend this dealership and use them in the future.

    I had an excellent experience at Moss Bros. recently when getting my truck’s oil changed and a tune up. Cassandra Wilkes was an excellent service provider. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in every situation. I will continue to return to Moss brothers because the customer service from Casandra Wilkes was so exceptional.

    We recently went in to do our end lease option. Oscar and Kenneth were amazing. They didn’t try to get me into a new car nor sell me “extras”. They respected the fact all I wanted was to keep my current vehicle. Also my car had an open recall, and it was fixed the same day without a hassle. Everyone was amazing from finance to sales. When you go in ask for Oscar! You’ll be in great hands

    I took my Toyota Tacoma for servicing and had a great experience being helped by Jonathan Robles in the service department.He was courteous and professional. he was able to answer all my questions and was punctual with estimated wait times. I will not hesitate to take my car again or recommend moss bros service department to friends and family
