    If you are there you have to work with Tyrone. He's very patient and kind. We ended up not using their services. Really good service, many on duty so no queue. Got mustang as requested but had a short wait while it was being cleaned. Overall very happy with service

    love renting. Unlike other companies, there is no deposit. Also, I get to choose my own car. I have rented from several other companies.My only suggestion would be that they set up a frequently flyer type of account. This would separate from the insider's program. I would like to earn free rentals after I rent so many cars.

    This place is scam!!!! Don’t even waste your time! They are make you purchase a high insurance policy if you don’t bring a copy of your insurance, not a picture, a copy. They also have a $500 deposit! They are disgusting and should be closed. I promise you can go to Budget or any other rental company and not deal with that nonsense. They also tried to keep some of my deposit after they gave me the wrong drop off date.

    Please please PLEASE do not book your rental car from this place. You would think that having a low rate is worth it but it is not. We were only in LA for a day and had booked our pick up time for 12PM. We didn’t get help til 230PM. Not because they were busy but because their customer service was terrible. Every single customer in front of us were complaining and asking for a manager. It was a disaster. One of the customers finally got their car and he came back and he was disappointed of the car they gave him (he told us that it was scratched up) so he wanted to cancel it. When he was addressing this issue to them, one of the workers called him names. It was unprofessional. I got it on video. It really was uncalled for. On top of that, not only did they want to charge us an extra fee for using a debit card, they also made it mandatory for us to get insurance? BECAUSE WE USED A DEBIT CARD?? made no sense. The guy said that all car rentals do this. I travel and book car rentals all the time and I have NEVER had a car rental representative mandate a policy like that. We cancelled our booking and thanks to this company, it ruined our trip. The lack of professionalism and good service of this rental company is disappointing. Never again. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

    What a nightmare. I NEVER write bad reviews but I will now. Getting to the place was very very hard. The main rental car shuttle didn't go there, the sign says economy lot e but there isn't one. After 4 buses that didn't work we finally got there. There is also no bathroom and none remotely nearby... So on return after sitting in 2 hrs of traffic I had to wait anxiously for the shuttle back to the airport and it took forever. They also told me they were making me pay a deposit since I didn't want the insurance but then they charged me for the insurance anyway and would not give me the money back for that and the manager kept me on hold for like an hour before rudely dismissing me. Never use this place.
