Best price I could find in the area, had no issues with the car, and the shuttle was way more convenient than the bigger companies. I was charged a $30 cleaning fee which I expected because the car definitely needed a wash and vacuum so I feel that was fair. Even with the fee this place was multiple hundreds of dollars cheaper than any competitors, I will use them again if I ever need a rental in LA. Ignore negative reviews from people complaining about getting charged a cleaning fee, they clearly didn't read the papers they signed.

car was dangerous and uninspected. tires were all driven down to the tread. had THREE mechanical issues within two days. guy gave me attitude too and expected me to pay for the repairs. AVOID PLEASE AT ALL COSTS, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. a real car rental agency is just $10 more a day or so— DON’T risk it, my family’s life was in danger so many times.

I spent a month in LA for work and Hassan and Diana were wonderful! I rented from them 3-4 different times while I traveled back and forth and they were professional, quick to give a quote, and extremely affordable! Hassan met me at the shuttle each time and dropped me back off at the airport without hesitation. Some nights I flew in at nearly 9 pm and he picked me up at the shuttle each time with no complaints. They were great to work with and I will 100% use their company each time I’m in the area. I highly recommend them.

Avoid this place, select classic rental agencies, you will pay more here with hidden fees and will get car with a 100000+ miles.

This rental car agency does an extremely poor/nonexistent job inspecting their vehicles. I was given a sedan 12/12/2020 with almost 90K miles on it, with worn front tires, one of which exploded several days into the rental while driving at highway speeds in Kern County. I replaced it at my own expense. When I mentioned this by email upon returning the car, even though I had previously communicated with them, they never responded. Their service has been extremely unprofessional and this showed up in a couple other ways: 1) Their shuttle service from the airport consisted of being picked up in the rental car by the owner, who sped and drove recklessly on Century Blvd back to their office. 2) The owner was on the phone with another customer raising an issue about being billed for late return, and proceeded to shout down the customer over the phone. 3) I left some belongings behind in the car and they apparently never inspected the car before sending it off to the next customer the next day, so I was unable to retrieve them. This was a terrible experience, and you would be better off with any mainstream rental agency at LAX.
