    I booked Westin LAX Hotel enclosed parking via this site as I was told by Westin and Marriot that this is the ONLY site to use to book parking. This was our 3rd time parking at Westin (we love the hotel and the parking convenience). My CAP.org paperwork & receipt had two phone numbers to contact the Westin Hotel Shuttle & Operation so we felt all was in order. We then traveled 10 days, returned to LAX thinking we make an effortless call to hail the Westin Shuttle (or get instructions WHERE the Westin Shuttle can be found: Upper deck, lower deck or they'll look for us and American Terminal 4. BOTH phone numbers on Receipt were wrong! One was disconnected; the other said they are NOT Westin Parking nor Westin Hotel but advised us to call Marriot for getting word to Westin LAX Shuttle. In the noise of all the other busses and shuttles passing us, I found a number and called Marriot. Marriot had an 18 minute wait that I suffered through watching 100's of other shuttles pass us by. When they answered, I was informed the Marriot knows knowing of the Westin LAX long-term parking program and hung up Me and my three guests were at LAX visually scanning for the Westin Shuttle for nearly and hour - prepared to dart out in front of a Westin Shuttle 'hail' their service. We left the lower ground floor arrivals area to the upper departures area where it took more than an hour for a Westin Shuttle. I was looking forward to impressing our guests with the fine Westin Operation. In my experience, it seems Westin Parking Management cannot make a 'tried-and-true parking experience' run smoothly. Heads would roll at a company wanting to provide excellent service for each and every customer. New people --who give a damn-- should replace the old guard at Cheap Airport Parking AND and Westin for directing their clients to use this awful service where customers are IN THE DARK and must scramble to contact the service provider during the service window we were trapped in. No Longer recommend.

    Prepaid for a week parking thru cheap airport parking site months in advance for a upcoming vacation at LAX - 405 parking. Once we arrived parking attendant said sorry we are full. Told them I had reservations n prepaid. Said sorry n showed me a line of cars awaiting to get in to that have reservations. Got manager n said same thing - they full. Tried calling cheap airport n got NO ANSWER. Asked 405 parking manager to please help, where can I park we have flights. Said he can’t help and all the others are looking around too. Ended up finding parking at Wally Park for 3 times more money , up the street after like 30 mins of checking everywhere online. Cheap airport parking emailed me finally back n said sorry can’t do anything here’s a refund of what I paid… what about the others funds I’m out for last minute parking??? Disappointed big time. Barely made flight.

    can not resolve overcharges . Can not reach a live person to discuss their billing mistake. Went online for $6.95 /day they billed me $16.50 /day. the Attendant held me hostage until I paid the $16.50 /day. Be carful there are many other parking structures.

    During these times I would say do not use this website. I made a reservation to a local hotel for parking. When I arrived they said they were closed completely. When I contacted cheap airport parking they gave me a complete refund. It was a total hassle since I live in LA area but rent cars from SNA. I don't like to drive all the way back. The problem is, after being told about the hotel being closed they still have them listed as open for parking. Fix your stuff guys. I have used you at least twice before and had no issues.

    Absolutely under NO circumstances EVER use this company! We booked way in advance for the holidays. We arrived at the lot, and the lot said they were full and had no relationship with CheapAirportParking. They should be referred tot he consumer protection bureau.
