This is a timeshare facility. The landscape is beautiful which includes a pool, jacuzzi, vegetation is pretty amazing as well. Located between the boat launch and Harbor Patrol and the Ventura Harbor it is a pinnacle area with a Pleasant View. Commonly found people are walking through with their dogs and daily exercise. We even have resident ducks that hang out when there In town for the season.
Absolutely beautiful view. We are from out of town and just wanted to go for a walk. Very kind people and calm atmosphere. 🙂 Relaxing.
A hidden Gem in Ventura. I never knew it was there and was in awe of the beautiful sun set over the ocean shore.
Home away from home. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is welcoming. I look forward to my trip every year.
Wonderful relaxing time this year! Was able to double length of our stay and tend to business locally. Covid made things a bit sticky with “needing reservations” for the jacuzzi, but on a bright note our party had complete privacy every hot tub visit. This is great because they have the most BEAUTIFUL enclosed, circular, large, TILE hot tub room with skylight. #lovingHTP
