Island Packers Cruises

I went on a one day excursion to Prisoners Harbor. Island Packers was great from the beginning of my adventure to the end. The boat was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The island was beautiful,but the best part for me was seeing the dolphins and the ride back to the harbor. It was so relaxing !!!! My only complaint would be about the bathroom. It was like nothing I've ever seen before. (Not Island Packers fault) I actually give the Island Packers staff credit for cleaning it up a bit. I would recommend this excursion for anyone who just wants to get away from it all for a day or camping adventure. Thank you again to Meg and Hadley ,they were the best !!!😎

i just have to say these people go above and beyond. My friend, Joe, and I had been planning this kayaking and camping trip for months and got a bit of a slow start coming out of LA. We were late, made it to the dock at maybe 7:50-7:55 am for an 8:00 am departure, still had our gear(backpacks,water and fuel) that needed to be stowed; by all rights to boat should've left and that would've been fair but EVERYONE(in the office and on the boat) was incredibly gracious and accommodating. They wanted us to get on that boat and made it happen. We had a fantastic trip and it started with the island packers staff and we can't thank them enough. They are the best, no joke

Great ride out to Channel Islands Scorpio anchorage. We saw a huge pod (200) of common dolphin. Thank you Capt. Page. Well run, smooth ride. Get a spot on top of weather is good. You won't need a mask up there. Port side gets good sun in AM. Easy check-in, they will help load your kayak and camping gear.

I took a ferry through Island Packers about a month ago to Santa Cruz Island. First off, this is a great ferry ride - it is basically a whale watch tour without the cost of the whale watch tour. Every crew member aboard was very nice and accommodating. They also announced on the loud speaker when there were sea mammals to spot - we saw dolphins, sea lions, harbor seals, and a humpback whale on the way back. They really took the time to show us things even though they didn't have to. They also have a galley on the boat with very well-priced snacks. I was surprised at the very inexpensive prices. After my sea cave kayak tour through Santa Barbara Adventure Company I left my phone on the island. Island Packers went above and beyond to connect with SBAC and retrieve my phone and then mail it to me. I am amazed at the level of service at Island Packers - AND - I had an incredible time on their boat!!

Very easy to get tickets online. The crew was excellent. Our trip started with a brief but clear demonstration by a crew member of how to put on the life vests. On the way to Santa Cruz Island we stopped a few times to look at sea lions and hundreds of dolphins swimming alongside the ferry. There is a galley on the ferry that sells snacks and coffee.
