    As soon as a customer steps into the shop, the pleasant customer experience starts. The staff are attentive, helpful, and friendly. The wide selection of items and the variety of brands offered ensure that the customer finds what she or he is looking for. Certainly, at the Good guys Bankstown, the business name is lived up to.

    very good customer service, i bought an iphone screen protector and i find it smaller than my phone screen and i wasn't happy i turn back to the store they returned it without any headache thanks guys

    Very poor service. I have tried a number of times to make phone inquiries regarding extended warranties on their products. I was placed on hold for extended periods of time. They have no interest in helping me. By contrast their Casula store was excellent . They answered me straight away and were very polite and very helpful. Not happy with the Bankstown store.

    The worst store ever, would never shop here or any other good guys stores. They won't give refunds under any circumstance, even your unopened product an hour later, There not good guys, there a rip off, once they get your cash its gone for good, they only give back in store vouchers. Customer service completely changed when trying to get a refund, i would never shop here again.
