    I needed "o" rings for our Laurastar ironing systems and rang the Bankstown store. The person I spoke to was most helpful and posted them to me that day. It is such a pleasure to receive efficient, courteous and prompt service. It is all too rare these days. I will definitely be dealing with Laurastar Bankstown for all things Laurastar!

    I trading in my non working iron, I was given the trade in price on the RRP , still worked out the best price . Since I was building a house , I delayed the delivery by 8 months , they obliged . Fantastic service as after 8 months it was delivered to my home address with no delivery costs, cannot fault the customer service at Sydney Bankstown centre.
