Purchased a monitor from BabyBunting. Item was not as described, with long delays in transmission, audio issues, etc. Now I won't have a properly operating camera for my child until I sort it out myself through the manufacturer (who Baby Bunting can't provide a phone number for) They refuse to do refunds or even store credits. I have other friends and family who have had issues with the store and I will have them leave reviews with their issues. I recommend visiting a different baby store such as Baby Village
The owner of this store seriously needs new staff members. This is the second time I’ve been into store where there have been no other customers around and three staff members are sitting around the computer laughing and having a chit chat while there are customers searching for assistance. I had intentions of purchasing my pram and the whole nursery furniture set but due to the non existent service, I didn’t want to spend one dollar in there. They completely disregard customers and obviously don’t need to meet sales targets. Won’t be back.
Bek was extremely helpful and took her time explaining everything to us! From the prams, to car seats.. Nothing was a hassle.. highly recommend baby bunting Bankstown..
I Bought the car seat..once I opened it I got a return product not the brand new one, very dissapointed!!
My husband and I walked in there browsing in preparation for our first child and the ladies working there provided excellent customer service with a smile especially Sara (she’s the weekend manager I think). Sara spent a lot of time with us showing us the different prams available. Well done team and we’ll definitely be back!
