    Excellent service, arrived at 5:20pm 10 minutes before closing. Service was outstanding. I wasn't planning on them to install I justed wanted a battery to take home, however they insisted they install. I mentioned your closed now. Again they insisted, they installed the battery. Never never never have I experienced customer service like this before 100% customer focused. Well done.

    I purchased a Yuasa Power series battery for my car in 2018. I rang Mitch stating that what my dealer advised(that the battery requires replacement). Walked in on Sunday to Bankstown Battery world. I was greeted by Hayden and replaced a new battery without any fuss. I was out within 10 minutes. Courteous and professional service. No hesitation in recommending others to this store. Thanks and will be back when a battery for the other 2 cars require replacement.
