    The Staff was so unwilling to help. I was told by another store manager that I could get the item I was after in this store. She said she had confirmed they have the item and they are happy to price match. There was difference in the price!! After driving for an hour to get there, what I was faced with was “ sorry I can’t help and I won’t price match”. If she said that nicely I was happy to get it with that price, but she was very unfriendly! Such a shame!

    One of my first stops on shopping trips to Sydney. The staff are lovely and very helpful, and is a broad range of styles although different sizes can be tricky being an outlet-style store. Even better, is that great brunch spots are just over the road.

    I walked into this store just to browse today but ended up buying lots! I was greeted and served by Jordan and she was just amazingly helpful and kind. I cannot explain enough what a great experience I’ve had today at C&M. C&M now looks even better than ever because of today’s experience at this store and helped by Jordan.
