    Absolute GEM who will go above & beyond - Simon Ftelianos from AWM - Australia Wide Mortgages. Simon was very professional and true to his words. He was super punctual through out the entire process of my new & re-finance loans. Kept me up to date with the turn of events. He responded to my many questions without hesitation and answered his phone as long as I called or messaged him.     This was our first time buying a house, and everyone at AWM, especially Simon and Jenny, were so easy to deal with. They explained everything in detail (as we didn't really know what we were doing) , were always there to offer advice and were always on our side. It was awesome having people look out for us, guide us through the process and use their knowledge to get us the best deal. We settled last week and are ecstatic, thanks to AWM!
