    Always have a great shopping experience in this outlet branch of Incu. Visited a couple times now on my day off on Saturdays and am always greeted by the friendliest ladies who work there. Very knowledgeable about their stock, willing to help and very exciting to see great sales and finds if you have your size. Very clean store layout. layout. Happy to finally see a good welcoming work environment for customers in Incu!

    Great stock, good prices and reasonable turnover. Staff are super lovely but possibly overly attentive. I do recommend this Incu outlet store - you never know what you will find. Some other great stores and outlets in the area too :)

    Friendly staff, and organised and clean store layout - similar to regular Incu stores. There wasn’t that much stock, and limited size options. But, if you could find your size, there were very good things here!! Prices were also very good. At the time we went, there was pretty much half price off everything haha

    The store is beautifully designed and merchandised and definitely doesn’t look and feel like an outlet. However, the small range of stock and mediocre discounts also reflect that it’s not trying really hard to be an outlet either. If you are out at the Cannery for a nice morning coffee then it’s worth having a look, but not worth a special drive out for a bargain.

    I've been here twice now, the first time was on the weekend a few months ago and the second time was this week for the Incu Warehouse Sale. The store itself is very well presented and has a similar feel to their actual stores. The first time I went all stock was 50% off the original marked price and there was a very good variety of brands. The staff were also very attentive and helped me find the handbag I wanted. I was very happy with my purchases and the experience. Although I was happy that I eventually left with a nice coat, I would not recommend going to the Incu Warehouse Sale if they have it here again. I found there was a limited selection of sizes and variety (especially since it only featured APC, Rag & Bone and Incu Collection). Prices also started at $60 (for a tshirt) and I recall there being better deals at previous Incu warehouse sales.
