    Michelle, Max and the team are absolute legends and terrific trainers. Really pushed me to work hard but always had time for a laugh. Improved my general fitness level so much and couldn't have done it without them!

    I have been training here for about eighteen months. Love it. Michelle & Max and the rest of the trainers at F45 Rosebery are dedicated, professional, experienced & hard working. The environment is really relaxed and inclusive of all ages and levels (I am 42). The format works really well and there are always alternate exercises for anyone who is starting out or wanting to push a bit harder. Location is great and the shiny facilities are clean, nice & new. I would highly recommend.

    I have been a member of F45 Rosebery for the past 4 years. Max, Michelle and all the trainers have always been welcoming and encouraging. They are always there to correct your form and ensure you getting the most out of your work out. The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. Highly recommend!

    Michelle and Max have created an amazing community the people are just such fun supporting and celebrating each other’s milestones and personal bests. The trainers know their stuff caring about pushing you to meet your potential and taking the time to care about your personal goals. I have been going for 6 months and it’s been game changing for me. If all of that was not enough the studio is amazing the space is something else!
