I highly recommend shopping at Brosa Designer Furniture Store at Rosebery, for good quality, style, and pricing. The staff is up to date with all the latest trends, colours and styling. I purchased the Emily Storage Ottoman which I am very happy with. The quality seems good, it's very comfortable to sit on and there's heaps of storage inside. The only issue I had was the colour - I ordered "Cloud Grey" assuming it was a basic grey colour, as that's what it looked like in the pictures, however it was a light-blue grey. I thought they had mistaken it for "Porcelain Blue", but they got the order correct. I would suggest ordering swatches before hand. Other than that, I absolutely love my ottoman.

Flawless service and delivery! As someone who works in the furniture industry I am well aware of the pain points customers experience when making a purchase; I was absolutely impressed by my experience with Brosa from point of order to delivery day- essentially they did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I purchased the Lewes desk and Gabe office chair and was blown away by the intuitive platform Brosa offered, with clear specifications, live support, aspirational imagery and excellent general communication; most importantly the delivery was placed in my hands as the consumer, booking a suitable delivery date was simple via the email links sent. I was also impressed by the white glove assembly service and the ability to track my drivers on delivery day. The company I work work for (who shall remain nameless) charges $95 to deliver a box to your door - Brosa charged $100 for delivery, white glove assembly and rubbish removal - which they carried out flawlessly - drivers were prompt, polite and invited me to inspect the assembled items, both were perfect and exactly as described. As a final point of contact with Brosa did well to uphold the excellent experience I'd had with Brosa to date, leaving us to enjoy our beautiful new furniture. Flawless from point of order to day of delivery, I cannot recommend Brosa highly enough

Exceptional Design, Materials and Service We purchased two Maki sofa beds for our 'shack' that has limited space. They were delivered on time and with great communication. The product itself is quite exceptional in its design - it is easy to fold/ unfold, and the legs are zippered into the product (so I won't lose them!). It is wider than a single bed, but this suits us as our children are teenagers now. The material is of high quality and a great colour (I got the grey). I would highly recommend this product from Brosa without hesitation!

Recently purchased a Siesta sofa bed I’m really happy with! Phoebe from Brosa at Rosebery was extremely patient and helpful in figuring out what style and fabric choice best suited me. The delivery guys also took a lot of effort in making sure the sofa got to mine on time despite parking difficulty. Thanks for the wonderful service! Would recommend ☺️
