Excellent service! Sydney is the best! Ask for him you will not regret his hospitality. It is very important to find the good positive vibes especially in busy places with serve alcohol. 🙌🏼 Amazing view with a breeze that you cannot feel anywhere else. Great for groups. If you wanna chill have great service while watching the great view this is your spot. A must do in While visiting Houston. 💫🙌🏼
The rooftop had zero ambience - just a slab of concrete on top of a building. Find a theme and spruce the space. Add string lighting, lush plants, upscale outdoor seating and area rugs. The space felt cold and gray. As for the drinks and service, the bartenders took a painfully long time to make some basic drinks - you can see and hear what patrons order, nothing too complicated. Seems the process of ordering and paying was ineffective - management should look into teaching the bartenders how to better multitask. Since the wait to order was over 25 minutes, my friends and I ordered shots - something quick and easy to pour. Trying to pay took so long as the bartender took our CC but didn't run it before taking the next order. It took close to 5 minutes to get the bill. The unpleasant and downtrodden (possibly overworked) staff was in line with the ambience. I don't blame them for not smiling or faking happiness. There are better establishments downtown. The plus to this place is the fast elevator. It's a no from me unless I hear things have changed for the better.
It’s a really nice place but the prices on the drinks are really high and they’re not even that good. I guess we just paying the prince for a nice view of down town. Also, why the bartenders have to be rude?
Z on 23 is a nice rooftop bar. You go to the hotel, buy your tickets and go to the 23rd floor. The food selection is minimal. I got the ceviche bowl with plantain chips because I'm a pescatarian. The fish was a little fishy which leaves me to believe it wasn't freshly prepared. Considering their menu I wish they had a couple more options such as chips and salsa, fish tacos, or something simple to snack on. I couldn't eat the hummus because I'm allergic. Either way, the scenery is nice, it's a great option for hanging out with friends, you can have a small gathering or birthday party. Our drinks were in plastic cups, I had the sangria and my friend the Cabernet. For such a classy location, those items should be in glasses. Especially since we were seated. The crowd was mixed, the music was a mixture of hip hop, pop, and dance. I parked in the garage which is $22. Street parking is limited.
Absolutely loved this place. My friend and I went on a Saturday evening. It was our first time going and it was great. Food and drinks are good at a reasonable price. The staffs all seemed nice. The environment and views are everything. I would highly recommend going around sunset. If you're looking for a cool rooftop bar in Houston to take some amazing picture perfect photo ops, look no further than this bar. It's a great spot for dates or just a chill hangout spot with great cocktails. The music was great and overall things were very chill
