    Excellent Service!!! Seems like entire management has changed, but they have retained the same standard of service. I visited the bank for a reason (cannot share online :P). Adam and Erica, understood my concern very well. They asked lot of questions for better clarity, and the end they really addressed my concern. Great examples of customer service!!!     Bank was closed. I set my appointment to meet with a representative and lost my morning due to this. Next time when is under construction or something put it on the app.

    If you want to get things done, go to a normal branch. Do not come here. They are time wasters. Only one teller open at lunchtime resulting in a queue and waiting period of over 20 minutes. Then things they would normally process in a normal branch they fail to process correctly here. They are experts at covering their behind. They do not care for customer service. Huge lack of initiative when it comes to dealing with customers, instead of sorting problems they ask that you come again. Who has time for this level of service? Honestly, go somewhere else. In fact, I am considering closing my account altogether with the level of service I was given.
