Wonderful experience worked with rasia to get a new fence installed. We worked through the challenges and got the job done thank you for your professionalism
They’re really efficient and polite. U can call before u go. So u can prepare for ur paperwork 100%. U don’t need to go back to ur home for just one paper that clerk forgot to tell u to bring.. like at the other government’s office in here, u know
A bit difficult, some of the questions about your government number, in America that’s your S/S number, then they tell you not that, then they live it blank. In other blocks they ask for your Nationality but in the next block they ask if you have any other Nationality, no, then put “not applicable,” Ok surprise me that you could have more than one. I don’t get this Schedule, you know , “It happens” Are you really going to stick to a schedule, this is a VACATION! Not a school tour. Hate this has been very expensive. You should be able to apply for a Visa at any Japan Consulate this flying or mailing documents to Houston is for the birds.
This is the worse embassy in the world! I advise you, don’t go to this one. Sent my application to be done. After it was completed, it was supposed to be sent back. Lo and behold, some smart guy dropped it in the wrong mailbox. These people can do everything except for their jobs&
The people that work here are rude and inconsiderate. They don't provide guidance and just tell us to visit the website, even when the instructions aren't clear. There are a couple of visa clerks who are passive-aggressive: they refuse to answer questions, refuse to accept photos that aren't perfect examples of the guidelines, and don't take a single call or in-person inquiry outside a narrow subset of open hours (typically 2 hours in the morning). It feels like they don't really like helping or serving customers, to the point of being uncourteous, and would prefer to sit in the back-office and do their individual work. The office is not an easy place to get to (esp. from out-of-area), and their inflexibility and lack of understanding leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Go to a different embassy if you can, or have an address in a different district.
