Pathetic customer service. They are a small clinic and have less than 5 doctors at any given time but they NEVER pick up phone at all. I called multiple times a day, for multiple days Also their online appointment system also doesnt work properly that's why i had to call. Would not recommend going their when you can get better care with better service. Edit: day 5, call no 11 on their phone and have been waiting on call line for up to 180 minutes STILL NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service. It is unbelievable that I asked for help from the lady working named (arena or something close to that name) and she was yelling because I explained to her that my father did not receive his Pfizer record. So she continuously yelled telling me that she’s trying to make me understand because she had a mask on. I do not appreciate that you ask for help and I receive this disgusting customer service from someone that hasn’t even been to the centre. I think managers need to remove people that can’t handle explaining information to patience.
Great service, booking for the vaccine was easy and organized. Helpful staff and friendly environment :)
All 5 stars goes to Dr. Sadaf as she is very caring and knowledgeble; She's very professional as well as friendly to talk & discuss any concern. The new facility is really well planned, it also has a small musallah to pray for longer waiting hours ...but I'd rate higher for this clinic especially for Dr. Sadaf...
!!!!!! Warning !!!!!!! 2 hours 30 minutes in pain waiting..... Booked from 1.30pm and 4pm saw doctor I was in pain and doctor didn't care told me though luck have to see him that was with an appointment!!! And then management calls me to take the review down on a Sunday night 7pm don't thinkthats right they had a chance when I was there.......they just didn't care until they got shamed.. They shouldn't be calling patients looking up their numbers and calling them to take review down ????????? Would rather travel 1 hour to go elsewhere and wait less than to come here again
