Student nurse lady was shocking. Was in the room for over 20 minutes. I had pain and stiffness around the site from her for 8 weeks. Had me straighten my arm down my body in such an unnatural position as she could not get her bearings around the stab. Ponytail main. He is disgusting, no bedside manner, rough, bruised me terribly. On a positive note: There is a Muslim nurse, and a slightly older lady with very short hair. They are fantastic. I cannot feel the needles, they are lovely women and very good at their jobs.
Came in on a Saturday morning. Had a 2 min wait and I was helped by a very polite and skilled nurse. Took less than 10 mins for my husband and I to get our tests done. The only criticism I would have is how messy the place looked. The reception was a shambles.
How many times I go there for my all family they are so kind and helpful all staff members behavior is very good

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Staff have no service skills what so ever. My arm still has a green bruise that lasted 5 days and that has NEVER happened before!!!
