Very professional staff, the receptionists are very welcoming. They asked me to wait in my car to stay COVID safe and they called me to see the doctor without waiting. I felt safe to bring my kids to get checked. Highly recommended.
Usually I get a great service and amazing doctors at Aya after hours medical centre. But for the second time and with the same receptionist I had a very bad experience she was not helpful and quite rude. Other than that it is amazing and I am planning to lodge formal complain about her.
I have been visiting Aya clinic since long time to get treatment and medical consultancy from GP Dr Sadaf Ambreen. I have really no words other than praise for Dr. Sadaf. She is very polite, caring and competent GP. Dr. Sadaf gets all necessary details from me every time to identify the root cause of the illness and then, advise appropriate treatment. I got multiple medical problems in recent months like Asthmatic cough, throat infection and back pain. Dr. Sadaf did an excellent treatment for all these issues and gave me timely cure and relief from sickness. In short, i want to say that Dr. Sadaf acted like an angel for me during this hard time. Well done Dr Sadaf and keep up your extraordinary work.
I want to share some great experience with AYA clinic and especially to talk about one of the skilful GPs Dr. Sadaf Ambreen who treated me exceptionally well for my chronic throat infection issue. I really trust Dr Sadaf for her great analytical and sound medical knowledge in all domains. Since than I have seen Dr. Sadaf. I always prefer for me and all my family members to come to AYA clinic to get medical treatment from her. I must say that she is a brilliant, committed and competent GP and i strongly recommend to get her medical consultancies whenever required.
Hygiene and the environment is good but the customer service terrible I queried regarding the queue and the receptionist on this day at 11:20pm said if I wasn’t happy I can go. The other patient did explained and I was ok however serving the public is a privilege and it doesn’t happen everyday she needs more training and mentoring for this reason I will never come back here again
