There is only two pharmacists that are any good at this pharmacist and that's Ahmad and Hussain. Pharmacist Kieran needs to learn that the customer comes first and that telling a customer that spends so much money in their pharmacist to find somewhere else to go is NOT acceptable! Neither is avoiding a customer. Register staff and floor staff are as nice as they can be.
This chemist keeps taking money direct debit from my account without my authorisation. My mother was in residential care for 1 month and left the place but they keep sending out invoice and take money consecutive 2 times. I have to followed up with the bank stop direct debit and contacted them every single day to get the refund. Kim who is the person in charge and emailed me saying the account has been closed. Don't ever fill out the direct debit form with this place. If I could give a star for this business, I could vote for " 0".
The shop has what I need and good price. However, the cashier girl today (I think it's Judy on register 2 based on the receipt) was rude, she just threw my change and receipt on the table. And, I had to catch the money before it fell to the ground. She even not said sorry at all.
Best chemist ever.
Very busy place. Well staffed. The main pharmacist is hilarious with his outbursts and great to see them act like humans.
