Great service by branch manager and staff. If only all branches are like this branch. Personalised and helpful service.
The wait time put me off this bank but that isn’t the individual staff members fault. Had to wait around 20 minutes before someone could speak to me about an enquiry I had but when it was my turn I received great service from Jessica. Perhaps it is in the best interest of the bank to increase staff during peak hours.
Don't come here.
I would try and go to another branch if you can help it. I've always spent more time there than needed due to incompetent staff who just like to gossip and complain about their job. Friendly, at least.
