Kids World Playland & Cafe Bankstown

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment we received last week and feel that the staff should not be working in a customer service role at all in particular Georgia who has zero customer service skills and was very aggressive towards us as a family. I will never return here after being treated like a terrorist for bringing external food in when in fact all we did was purchase hot food and disgusting coffee from the centre. The staff were extremely rude and made us feel violated. Not to mention, place had no air con.. Toilets were atrocious. No toilet paper, build up dirt and grime in the corners. This place is so money hungry it is destroying their business. Definitely wont be back and I suggest you rethink this policy and how your staff treat paying customers. We were accused for not signing in when we showed Georgia proof of evidence on our phone. The matter will be taken further with fair trading. I have all the videos and info I require of your incompetent and rude under trained staff who threatened to call the police and have us removed from the centre. To add to that, the staff couldn't manage as much as a smile and were very unwelcoming.

Just finished our premium package birthday Kids absolutely loved it. We legit saw them when they had to eat and at the end of party :) It was very busy and space we had _tables set up were bit squeezed BUT food is very nice and absolute 100 stars for host SARA who was trying to juggle hosting 2 b-day parties at same time. Recommended for kids age 4-7 defo Thanks SARA once again.

We booked out this venue just last week for Eid and what a disappointment it was. The 2 staff ladies especially Georgia in particular were extremely rude from the moment we got there. We spent a lot of money to book the venue and also spent a great deal of money at the counter throughout the evening and all we got from them was complete rudeness. She made all these excuses to not refund the deposit and when trying to deal with the boss he was also very rude by his lack of customer skills. I do not recommend this venue at all. The only reason why I give it 1 star is because I have to to post the review. UPDATE You don’t need to worry we will never be back at your poorly run children’s venue but it isn’t our loss it is yours because this was an annual event that you now have lost. I am not sure how long you have owned this business but I suggest you choose your staff properly and also learn some people skills and also children skills I should report that manager of yours Georgia for the way she treated all the little children how disgusting. You are a liar and judging from most of the reviews this is an ongoing issue with your staff being rude so don’t sit here and tell me that we were the rude ones and your staff are innocent. How dare you say it was us, you have no people skills no business skills and overall I don’t see your business doing very well with your attitude.

This is a great play centre, the kids will be entertained for hours. They are a few great areas, a big jumping slide, shooting gun section, trampolines, as well as a separate area for kids 4 and under. The staff are lovely, always willing to help. A special thanks to Ali for all his help and excellent customer service.

Kids World is not a business with integrity. The school holidays finished Sunday 18 April. The very rude Manager - Georgia told me on Monday 19 April that it was still school holidays. To quote her - "kids are out of school so it's a holiday". It was a pupil free day for public schools but it was certainly not for other schools!! So they charge parents the school holiday fee on the first day of school term. Kid's World is RORTING THE SYSTEM by charging parents 35% more when it's NOT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS! Kids World - check your facts. Also, the toilets were shocking and they only had 1 female toilet for the whole centre available on the day. There are SO MANY other "kids fun" places like Kids World in Western Sydney. I will be going to them from now on and not Kid's World and telling others to do the same!!
