    Such lovely vets and nurses. I take my two cats here and they are always respectful and attentive, listening to my concerns and offering helpful advice without judgement. Nurse Alyssa even called to check up on some kittens I was fostering when I called with concerns, which I found very considerate. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

    Rang and advised staff member whom answered phone that there was a injured raven literally across the street from them, it had a broken wing and was just sitting on the footpath so would of been quite easy to catch, I observed it while I was stopped in traffic so I couldn’t jump out and get it myself as I was driving and nowhere to park car at that intersection. Well young woman who took my call could care less about an injured animal, wouldn’t go out to even look, I asked her if she could at least ring W.I.R.E.S as I was driving and couldn’t goggle the number, wouldn’t even do that. So much for showing some empathy for a injured animal. Very unprofessional.

    Usually great.service but it is currently Closed no reason given But when I rang Greencross Vets at Mortdale I was told it was.closed due to a staff shortage
