    I always visit this store but today I really had a bad experience from one of the CSRs. I bought 1 coffee and gave her the money and because I was carrying my baby I but the cup on the bench but accidentally my hand hit the coffee cup and fell on the floor. Then the CSR seemed very annoyed, I said sorry many times but she did not respond to me. When I asked for some tissues the man (another CSR) hurried up and got the tissues and cleaned the floor, although I offered him many times to clean it but he refused and he cleaned it and said that is fine But really the way that lady dealt with the situation and her response made me very upset and felt uncomfortable.

    The do not accept promotion code that clearly says is for Caltex. When you put your mobile phone screen in front of their face they still force you to pay more. I reckon they are not blind people working there, just DODGY & HUNGRY FOR MONEY!!! You guys are a massive breach of customer Terms & Conditions! Would tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

    Good place...fantastic pricing..I always go to this pump...where everyone change their pricing they make sure every one gets the benefit before raising the price up. Really love it!!! I would suggest for everyone to go to the pump when need a great price!!

    Poorly trained Unwashed , feels like they have lived all their life Unhygienic and unable to differentiate good proper hygiene living.such employees have made this caltex service station feel like we are in dirty Delhi and feel suffocated, amazingly walking out from it feels like one has just landed in Australia after a quick visit to Modis RSS INDIA. They also give incorrect bill for the expensive type of petrol one didn't fill. Not turning a nice day into a bad day by avoiding such quick vida less, flightless stopovers.
