    SUPER EFFICIENT SERVICE FROM THE GET GO! LEANNA IN THE SHOWROOM WAS PATIENT, INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE TEAM OF BROTHERS WHO CAME OUT WERE PUNCTUAL, EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE DOOR LOOKS AMAZING. LOVE IT!

    32 years ago, when I built our house I promised my wife gates! Over the intervening years I have investigated various wrought iron manufacturers and for the most part they have been far too expensive. I was fortunate to discover Unique Wrought Iron and they have built us the most elegant set of gates. The design people are fantastic, the workmanship superb, the installation very well done & the price most competitive. I would like to say thank you to all the staff, particularly Leanna & Kevin for a job well done!

    Dishonest. Had to put 'non-refundable' deposit down. Then they refused to supply as per description in their quote - saying the contract didn't allow for the part of the balustrade that goes along the stairs, even though they were given full set of house plans. Hello? They are 'consultants'... Demanded another $8K!! Or they keep the deposit?! Dodgy. BTW, their stuff is made in China, not in AU as they make you think. Worst consumer experience. Also, NSW fair trading say they aren't licensed. 'Unique Wrought Iron' are definitely unique - unique in one of the worst consumer experiences had.

    Unique Wrought Iron at Punchbowl are a quality business. From a very informative website to a well stocked showroom, helpful customer service, reasonable prices (for what you actually get!) and after the expected three month build wait, professional and neat installation services. We are absolutely thrilled with our new entry door and have nothing but praise for the people from UWI who were helpful throughout the process. In comparison with a new timber door with inferior styling and door furniture and locks extra, the price for these wrought iron doors represents excellent value. Highly recommended.
