    First, it started out great. Was helped by a gentleman with my enquiry. He set me up with the correct product and all was amazing. Then when I called later in the day, I got a hold of the owner and asked him a question about the wood I had acquired. He was extremely rude and impatient and really put me off this place. I only gave them 2 stars because of the exemplary service I was afforded earlier in the day. The owner can definitely learn a lesson from his employees.
