    Disgusting!!! Avoid at all costs. I dropped 2 beautiful dogs off that were lost and the staff member Di or Dianne lied to the owners and to my face that the dogs were not there. Then all of the sudden after threatening to go to the police the dogs were at the vet. Lies lies lies. They call rangers and try to get the pets taken away making up stories. This corrupt behaviour is unacceptable and I will not trust my pet with these people. Lodging a complaint to the Veterinary practitioners board of NSW!!!

    Was the best place I went too ! Until one day I found out the cats I had rescued and surrendered to this place were indeed euthanized (well that’s my assumption) so the story is that I was specifically told they don’t euthanize and I had been surrendering cats/kittens , I rescued for years to them for them to rehome. We were successful so many times too and I was Called back by people who indeed ended up with those cats. But this one time, I decided to call an check in on the 3 cats I surrendered last , as they never contacted me which was very strange for them. So anyways , the receptionist asked me to hold , 15 mins she came back with the vet who then informed me they had no record of me dropping in 3 cats and that they do indeed now euthanize strays brought in and no longer keep any cats for adoptions hmmm questions !!!!lots of questions where are those beautiful cats 🐱 and why did they lie so I will never ever come back to this place and I’m Sorry to go as my beautiful dogs love to visit for their monthly grooming from SOME of the Lovely nurses.

    Not worth the one star! Corrupt and shady behaviour. This vet finds the easy way by putting animals down. Stay away!! Staff a condescending, rude and unethical!! Don’t waste your time guys go else where.

    Cassie saw both my dogs and was empathetic, professional and was very logical in diagnosis. She recommended the necessary works only and it was very reasonably priced. I was extremely concerned with my dogs condition over the following days and she was happy to take calls and answer questions. She even did an additional X-ray free of charge to check my dog didn’t suffer from another condition. Highly recommended and worth the travel
