    Easily one of the best gyms in Sydney, there is absolutely no other place like it. Mick the owner is such a good bloke as well and he truly cares about every member.

    Hotbodz Gym is a rare gem in the Sutherland Shire. With some of the classic equipment from the golden era which is still maintained and well-looked after. Some of Australia's bodybuilding greats train here regularly. There are a few machines here which were engineered by Aussie legends of bodybuilding equipment - stuff you just wont find elsewhere. The owner is friendly and very knowledgable - which really helps. I would always tell people to check this gym out if they want to work on upgrading their body and health!     Never have I felt so comfortable at a gym. All members are super friendly and respectful towards each other. Never are there weights just left lying around or left on equipment. Mick (the owner) is super friendly, welcoming, always willing to go out of his way to help and very informative. This gym is a hidden gem! (and selfishly I want it to stay that way haha)

    First gym I ever stepped into when I was a teenager. Visiting again 8 years later and it's still just as fantastic. The sheer variety of equipment and machines is staggering compared to other independent and commercial gyms. You wont find gyms like this often anymore, and that's a shame. The owner Michael is also one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet and every other member I've talked to is also really friendly. It's going to be a shame when I have to go back to the UK and can't train here anymore because this gym puts every other one I've trained at to shame, and I've trained at quite a few. Highly Recommended!
