    Been going to this store for over 2 years and I find the Staff very helpful. They helped my daughter and her partner without any fuss. Absolutely recommend This store. Thank you to Vicki for her wonderful help. Went to Bb again today 28th August 2021. Tima, Vicki and staff are wonderful and helpful as usual. Well done

    Time to go Full Karen! Unfortunately the most recent experiences I have had with Taren Point Baby Bunting have involved poor customer service by a range of front counter staff. Firstly, choosing a capsule/ car seat for a first baby can be stressful and confusing! I was told to wait at the side of counter by someone who then proceeded to converse with a fellow staff member for about 5 minutes, then serve 3 customers before I walked out in tears (34 weeks pregnant) without making a fuss. A few weeks later I rang the store and spoke to someone lovely who helped me order a capsule online. Most recently I was gifted a Uniden baby video monitor that once set up, displayed some feedback volume issues which made me uneasy about depending on it for my newborn. I rang the Taren Point store in advance to explain the situation and felt the staff member (Joy) to be rude and almost frustrated with me trying to explain my situation over the phone. Joy told me that baby monitors have ‘safety seals’ and they can only be refunded if there is a faulty issue - totally understandable - so within an hour I sent the monitor in with my sister to take to the store to be tested. She rang me during the monitor test and I could hear a staff member telling her that there was nothing wrong with it. She sounded patronising! Another staff member stepped in and quietly told my sister to take a video of the issue and they could send it through to Uniden. Of course there are always good staff who are professional and easy to talk to… but unfortunately it’s the ones that make you feel like you are not worth their time that inevitably turn you off the business!

    The staff member name Lauren. Shes so helpful. It was pouring outside and my husband came to pick up the baby sofa from her my baby is still asleep in the car. She's so kind and bring over the product to the car for him. Very exceptional service. ThankYou so much Lauren.
