    One site of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. when looking at the web site . Clicked on the 2 hours click and collect service. This service is still available on web. ordered and payed for my notification . over 2 hours later nothing . decided to ring several times, not once did the phone call get answered. so of we go to pick up our item. On arrival to click and collect that was barricaded so you couldn't park. The outdoor desk was not manned, so indoors I went to be greeted by a very frosty woman asking if I had received my message the my order was ready. after being told it was not i was then told you can get it yourself. no help offered even though staff standing around. after finding my purchase sitting in the isle ready for going to click and collect. I waited for some help. I asked two Carlton members for help both willing and very friendly. The both gave a bad review of the staff members attitude in the Taren point store. Never again will I return to this store for anything. This store is terribly run and needs to looked into, or even shut down.

    Cancelled a click and collect order 2 days after ordering. Its been 5 weeks and still haven't recevied my money back. Called them 4 times already, and visited the store for zero results. Absolutely disgusting. Final phone call before going to consumer affairs.

    Always a pleasure shopping here. Dealt with Bec today for a return of a faulty item. Very helpful and pleasant, nothing was a problem for her with my issue.

    Happy customer here! Very helpful and friendly. I went here with my return item. No problem and excellent service. Highly recommended I had been giving rude service with other officework and feel discriminated.

    Customer service at the Taren Point store is ALWAYS less than unsatisfactory. The staff seem to absolute HATE their jobs. No welcome ‘hello’, explained to the staff member I was dealing with that I selected the right option online and even showed the email confirmation too but they made me pay an additional amount despite me already paying for the printing service. She even quoted me the wrong amount and charge me a completely different sum. The only reason I attend the Taren Point store is because it is my nearest and trust me when I say I legitimately WILL NOT be returning to that store. If you dislike your jobs, maybe it’s time for a change of scenery. And let’s also perhaps say the ‘customer service industry’ isn’t for you.
