    Professional and outstanding customer service. You deal with the owner, not just some salesman. There was an issue with the bull bar fitting kit due to a supplier error (I supplied the bull bar, not Raj). Raj proactively sorted it out and kept me informed along the way. I’ll definitely be back for the next lot of upgrades to the Hilux!

    I ordered a towbar installation and he insisted I pay a deposit and then couldn’t do the job in the agreed timeframe and wouldn’t get back to me. When I cancelled the job all of a sudden he could do the job. I cancelled the job and then I was charged a restocking fee of $80 for nothing. I had organised the job with a leading competitor they didn’t ask for a deposit, did a great job and were cheaper. Be very careful when doing business with this repairer as they do not disclose hidden charges
