Maybe the best oil change experiences ever. Quick despite the line, plus super friendly folks even in the desert heat. Price is higher than Jiffy Jube, but Valvoline employees double check everything and work efficiently together.

Have the radiator flushed and the power steering flushed it worked up price wise 220 - $20 discount so $200 out the door great place honest people they do a great job great customer service get there early in the morning they open at 7:30 during the week and be the first in line if you come after that you'll wait an hour or so it gets busy that place is always busy

It seems these folks are on top of their game. They gave me an estimated wait time and service time, and delivered as promised. They we clear and up front on the pricing and services delivered, both verbally and in writing. They informed me of other services, with prices and work included in writing, but did not pressure sell. Gave an impression throughout that customer satisfaction is important to them. This all seems like pretty basic stuff, but surprisingly other places fall short in these basic areas.
