I went for preventive care as a new patient. I was informed that I need 9,000.00 worth of work and they wanted to start immediately. I was at another dentist two months prior with no problems. I explained that I was there just for a cleaning. The hygienist checked my teeth and informed me that I did not need deep cleaning. Next the office manger came in and told me that I would have to pay $101.00 for deep cleaning. I explained I did not need deep cleaning and just wanted the basic cleaning that was covered through my plan, she said I had to have deep cleaning. At that point I got up out of the chair and left. Just a side note, signs on the door about masks however when I walked in the office the office manager was not wearing her mask.
The office was clean and all the staff were wearing masks. They understood my needs and they were very accommodating to my financial needs as well. I would highly recommend this office. Very friendly and professional!
I gave it a one because there is no zero. I am working in CA and had a filling fall out. Linda (the so called office manager) told me my insurance (which they are supposed to take) that they did not and made me a cash price over the phone which was recorded. I put off another appointment and went to this one instead. When I arrived they put me through the full gauntlet of xrays and made me wait for over two hours after my appointment time. At that time the doctor came in and started planning a full plan. I told him several times I needed the tooth out. He sent in the so called office manager Linda who first tried to sell me a 6k plan & when I refused, told me today’s work would be tripled what she told me. When I questioned the difference she told me it was more extent (even though it was less) I got up and left. The lady does not deserve her job or any job. Do NOT go to this place, they are crooks and do not care about your health nor your pain. It was one of the worst experience of my life.
Poor customer service. I got an arrogant representative at the front desk. My appointment was 3:30 pm, it’s now 4:30. When I asked how much longer they said take a seat or make another appointment. This was a post op appointment. To top it off Linda is the office manager.
Looking for a new dental office. My appointment was at 4. Got to the office before 4. Is 5:15 and they just told me that they are running a little bit behind that is going to be an other 15 minutes.. a little bit behind really? If patient is late they make you reschedule. How is this fair?. They overcharged you for their services (charge more than what your insurance charges) and I don't know how they can get away with it
